1. INSTALL WATER PIPE AND HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the water pipe and hose with the nut and bolt.

    Torque:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }


  1. Connect the heater hoses.

2. INSTALL HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the heater pump with the nut.

    Torque:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }


  1. Connect the fuel hoses.

3. INSTALL POWER HEATER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the heater with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

  1. Connect the fuel hose.

  1. Connect the heater hoses.



  1. Connect the connectors.

4. INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


  1. Install the exhaust pipe with the 2 nuts and bolt.

    Torque:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
For 2AD-FTV: (Click here).
For 2AD-FHV: (Click here).


6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


7. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

  1. Check the SRS warning light (Click here).



8. WARM UP ENGINE


9. CHECK HEATER SYSTEM

  1. After the heater switch is turned ON and 20 seconds have passed, touch the part of the fuel hose labeled A in the illustration and check that the hose is vibrating.
